Where can I buy your cookbooks in my area?
We ship our newest Gooseberry Patch cookbooks to national retailers such as JoAnn Crafts. Our cookbooks, calendars and organizers are carried by many specialty gift stores, hardware stores and hospital gift shops around the country. The two new paperback series ship hot-off-press to Sam's Club, WalMart, Target and many grocery stores. If there is a store you'd like to see carry our books please let us know. If I order today, when will my order get here?
Typically you can expect your order to arrive in 10-14 days. Website orders ship via USPS Media Mail. The US Postal Service continues to experience delivery delays. If your order is time sensitive, place it by phone at 1-800-85-GOOSE (1-800-854-6673) and press 3 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST, to discuss shipping options.")
Can I ship outside the United States?
Yes. Shipments to Canada, via CanPar cost $6.00 for 1st unit + $1.00 for each additional unit. Shipments to other destinations outside the United States and Canada, via USPS International cost $10.50 for 1st unit + $6.50 for each additional unit.
Help! I'm trying to register while checking out, but when I try to complete my check out, I keep popping back to the registration screen. What am I doing wrong?
This usually happens when one or more of the required fields (such as name, address, telephone number) is not filled out completely.
This type of error will be accompanied by an error message that appears in red as well as instructions for fixing the problem so you can
complete the check out process. You may need to scroll down the page to find out where the error is.

The password is case-sensitive, so be sure that you have entered it exactly as you did when you submitted it originally. If, at any time, you can’t remember your username and password, click here to update your info. Simply click on the Forget your Password? link and Gooseberry Patch can send it to you via e-mail.

What do I do if I realize after I've submitted an order that I made a mistake?
Give our Customer Satisfaction team a call as soon as you catch the mistake and they will make every effort to assist you.

If you are calling outside of our business hours, just leave a detailed message on their voicemail including a daytime phone number and order confirmation number. They’ll be sure to follow-up with you personally just as soon as they can.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you placed an order during one of our very popular Sales please allow up to 15 working days to receive. If you think you should have received your order, and have not, please call our Customer Satisfaction team a call between 9:00-3:00pm EST at 1-800-854-7403.
